Shree Cement inaugurates new unit at Purulia
Cement sector major Shree Cement inaugurated its new cement grinding unit with a 3.0 million tonnes per annum (MTPA) capacity in the Purulia district. The inauguration was done in the presence of the chief minister of West Bengal, Mamata Banerjee.
The facility has been set up by a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, Shree Cement East, and has been set up with an overall investment of Rs 550 crore.
