Singtel's Malaysia Centre To Be Acquired By Infosys
Subsidiary of Infosys, Infosys Consulting would acquire telecommunications company Singtel's delivery center in Malaysia. In the statement, Infosys said that it is acquiring 100 percent of the share capital of Singapore Telecommunications Limited's (Singtel) delivery center in Malaysia. The deal is signed for 6 million Singapore dollars, including the value of net assets, subject to customary closing adjustments.
