SK Hynix likely to set chip packaging facility in India
South Korean semiconductor company SK Hynix has plans to set chip packaging facility in India. The firm is looking to take benefit of India's manufacturing incentive scheme and is currently in contact with the center to explore the possibility of the project.
The Korean firm is looking at India as a potential destination for assembly and testing, following the example of Micron.
