Solar project: SGEL floats tender for land acquisition
The wholly owned subsidiary of SJVN Limited, SJVN Green Energy Limited (SGEL) has floated a tender for acquiring land in Rajasthan to establish a 500 MW solar power project. SGEL plans to lease up to 2000 acres of land near the Bikaner-IV Pooling Station, with parcels of at least 400 acres each, located within 20 to 25 kilometers of the station.
The work involves land development activities, such as constructing fencing and entry gates.
