Storage and warehousing firm BOOTES enters residential sector, launches project in Alwar
Net-zero cold storage and warehousing solutions provider BOOTES has entered the real estate development vertical. The firm has a portfolio exceeding Rs 6,300 crore in inventory with projects across Noida, Alwar, and Vrindavan.
The firm is developing high-rise residential projects across Greater Noida West and Sector 76. It will offer 4 BHK homes and duplex penthouses. In Alwar, the firm launched what is positioned as the city’s tallest residential address, offering 2- and 3-BHK homes. BOOTES plans to expand into additional cities, including Mumbai, Lucknow, Ayodhya, Dehradun, Kurukshetra, Jhansi, Chitrakoot, and Prayagraj.
