Sumitomo leases land worth over Rs 2,000 crore
Global electric services company Sumitomo has finalized an extensive lease arrangement with the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) for a nearly 3-acre land parcel within Mumbai’s Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC). The value of the land lease is exceeds Rs 2,067 crore.
The subsidiary of Sumitomo Realty & Development Company, Goisu Realty has acquired this land parcel through an 80-year lease agreement. Firm has paid stamp duty alone amounting to more than Rs 111 crore for the registration of this transaction.
