SWAMIH sanctions Rs 207 crore to Sikka Group
Real estate development firm Sikka Group has received Rs 207 crore in funding from Special Window for Affordable & Mild-Income Housing (SWAMIH). This funding is for its projects in Greater Noida and would escalate the project’s delivery speed, hosting housing units to 1,000 buyers at Sikka Kimaya Greens.
Started as an eco-friendly establishment but was somehow stopped due to the unavailability of funds.
