Trident Realty plans to develop township in Panipat
Real estate builder & construction firm Trident Realty has plans to develop a township project in Panipat, Haryana. The project will be spread over 125 acres and will take an investment of Rs 1, 200 crores.
It will offer a mix of residential plots, independent floors, group housing, and retail spaces. IndusInd Bank has committed Rs 250 crores for the project that aims to emphasize sustainability and a wellness-oriented lifestyle. In phase 1, the firm has launched 400 plots with sizes starting from 200 sq. yds.
