Uttar Pradesh government fast tracks township projects worth Rs 6,000 crore
The state government of Uttar Pradesh has plans to fast-track Rs 6,000-crore township schemes in multiple cities in the state. As per updates, the aim is to stimulate the real estate market and economic growth in the region.
Around 30 township schemes are planned. The cities where the townships are planned include: Aligarh, Meerut, Jhansi, Mathura, Agra, Moradabad, Kanpur, Firozabad, Bulandshahr, Banda, Ayodhya, Rampur, and Saharanpur.
