15 acres land purchased by Mahindra Lifespace in Mumbai
Mahindra Group's real estate arm, Mahindra Lifespace Developers, has acquired a 15-acre land parcel in Mumbai. The firm plans to develop a residential project on the land with an estimated revenue potential of Rs 5,600 crore.
The land was acquired through a competitive bidding process and has a development potential of around 1.8 million sq ft.
