4.74 lakh sq ft office space leased by Sopra Steria India in Noida
Noida-based tech firm Sopra Steria India (arm of European firm Sopra Steria) has leased 4,74,150 sq ft of office space in Sector 132, Noida, for a tenure of 15 years.
The space is spread across the ground floor plus 17 upper floors across both Towers A and B at Maconns Grand (Plot No. B-9, Sector 132, Noida). The lease agreement involves a 10% rent escalation every three years; the total rent during the lease period stands at around Rs 816 crore.
