2.65-lakh sq ft space leased by Microsoft in Hyderabad
Tech major Microsoft's Indian arm, Microsoft India R&D, has leased 2.65-lakh sq ft office space at Phoenix Centaurus at Gachibowli in Hyderabad. This deal with Tablespace Technologies is for 5 years at a monthly rent of Rs 5.4 crore.
Microsoft would acquire space on the 3rd and 4th floors at Phoenix Centaurus with a monthly rental of Rs 204 crores.
