Pune Satara toll road project: Reliance Infra to sell the project for Rs 2,000 crore
Reliance Infrastructure Limited (Reliance Infra) has decided to sell its Pune Satara Toll Road (PSTR) project to Cube Highways and Infrastructure III Pte Ltd. (Cube Highways). Cube highways would acquire a 100% stake at an estimated enterprise value of Rs 2,000 crore.
It is seen as a strategic move that allows Reliance Infra to monetise non-core assets, reduce debt by Rs 1,400 crore, and focus on future growth initiatives.
