Kochi Metro: First section of phase 2 likely to be operational by 2026
Kochi Metro Rail Limited (KMRL) has informed that the first section of Kochi Metro phase 2 is scheduled for completion by June 30th, 2026. Phase 2 includes an 11.2 km long new metro line (Pink Line) connecting JLN Stadium – Infopark II.
The first phase covers the first five stations, and the next five stations will be developed in the second phase, with a target completion by December 2026.
