Acer to sign agreement with Indkal Technologies as it enters Smarphone market in India
Taiwanese multinational electronics company Acer is set to enter a strategic partnership with Indkal Technologies (which holds a trademark licensing agreement with Acer) to enter India's smartphone market. As per the agreement, Indkal Technologies will handle the design, manufacturing, and distribution of smartphones under the Acer brand in the Indian market.
The aim is to leverage Indkal’s local manufacturing and distribution capabilities. As per information, the smartphone is expected to be powered by the octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 7400 5G chipset.
