Krisumi corporation to invest Rs 4,500 cores in Gurugram's real estate
The joint venture of the Japanese firm, Sumitomo Corporation, and the Indian firm Krishna Group, Krisumi Corporation, has plans to invest Rs 4,500 crore over the next 6-7 years in Gurugram. This investment will be made in its ongoing luxury housing project, Krisumi City.
Spread over 33.5 acres, the project is located along the Dwarka Expressway, comprising a total of 2,772 units across various phases.
