Arkade Developers acquires 6.28 acre of land in Thane
Real estate firm Arkade Developers has acquired a 6.28-acre freehold land parcel in Thane. The land is purchased for Rs 172.48 crore, where the firm would develop a marquee mixed-use development with a projected gross development value (GDV) of Rs 2000 crore.
As per updates, the project's RERA saleable area of 9.26 lakh sq. ft and the project is slated for early 2026 launch.
