Arnya real estate plans to raise Rs 1,000 crore to enter top realty market
Alternative investment management firm Arnya Real Estate has plans to raise over Rs 1,000 crore through its maiden real estate debt fund. The plan is to enter the top 8 property markets in India. As of now the fund already secured Rs 375 crore in commitments and aims to invest in early-stage residential projects.
The fund is looking to generate an internal rate of returns of over 20% through investments in mid-market projects.
