Tinsukia rail over bridge inaugurated by Assam information minister
The Assam state minister of transformation and development, Rameswar Teli, inaugurated the long-awaited railway overbridge (ROB) at Sripuria in Tinsukia. This 720-metre-long bridge connecting AT Road and Sripuria is built through a joint financial contribution from the Assam Government and Indian Railways.
As per the updates, the estimated cost of the project is Rs 65 crore, out of which the Assam Government contributed Rs 35 crore while Railways provided Rs 29 crore.
