Embassy Developments to invest Rs 1,500 crore in Bengaluru
Gurugram-based real estate firm Embassy Developments has plans to invest Rs 1,500 crore to construct a 3 million sq ft office complex in Bengaluru. This comes as the firm aims to generate rental income from commercial assets. The firm will develop a large 35-acre office complex in Bengaluru comprising 6 million sq ft.
Managing Director of the firm, Aditya Virwani, said that the company's focus would largely remain on the growing residential business. In the residential sector, Embassy Developments has a presence across Bengaluru, Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), and Delhi-NCR.
