Ashar Group achieves sales worth Rs 500 crore in Dilip Kumar's bungalow turned luxury apartments
Real estate developer Ashar Group is developing Dilip Kumar’s bungalow in Bandra’s tony Pali Hill area into a luxury project named 'The Legend'. The firm has achieved sales of Rs 500 crore by closing four transactions in the project.
The developer plans to construct 19 luxury apartments, with a total revenue potential of Rs 850 crore.
