Gaurs Group to develop luxury housing project in Greater Noida
Real estate major Gaurs Group has plans to invest Rs 750 crore to develop a luxury housing project in Greater Noida. The project would offer 250 units spread across 12 lakh square feet. The firm has bought land located at Jaypee Greens in Greater Noida from banks.
Further, the firm would develop a 17-acre commercial project in Noida with an investment of Rs 4,000 crore as part of its strategy to build rental assets.
