Brigade Enterprises to develop third WTC Tower in Kochi, to inves Rs 150 crores
Real estate builder Brigade Enterprises has plans to develop its third World Trade Center Tower (WTC Tower) project in Kochi. The firm will invest Rs 150 crores in the project, which will have a built-up space of 2.6 lakh square feet.
The work involves the development of a new 16-storey tower with a car park of six decks.
