4.04-acre land acquired by Brigade Enterprises in Hyderabad
Real estate firm Brigade Enterprises has acquired a 4.04-acre land parcel in Neopolis Phase 3, Hyderabad. The land is purchased for Rs 118 crore per acre through a Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) auction.
Total deal value stands at Rs 475 crores. This comes as the firm plans to develop future-ready projects, strengthening its presence in the growing Hyderabad market. This is the firm's second major investment in the fast-emerging office–retail corridor, following its earlier acquisition of Plot No. 8 in the same precinct, which is now being developed as Brigade Gateway, Hyderabad.
