Country's Largest Floating Solar Project Comissioned By NTPC
Thermal power major NTPC informed that the 100 megawatts (MW) floating solar photovoltaic plant in Telangana is now fully operational. This comes with successful commissioning, of the last part capacity of 20 MW out of 100 MW Ramagundam floating solar PV.
The project's reservoir spans 500 acres and was built at a cost of Rs. 423 crores through M/s BHEL's EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contract.
