Data centre sector: Uttar Pradesh eyes investment worth Rs 30,000 crore from private sector
The state government of Uttar Pradesh is aiming for an investment worth Rs 30,000 crore to boost Noida's data center infrastructure. So far domestic and international marquee firms, such as Hiranandani Group, Adani Group, NTT Japan, and Web Werks, have launched projects worth Rs 20,000 crore.
The state government said that it plans to transform Uttar Pradesh into a trillion-dollar economy and strengthen the state's role as a key growth driver for India, the government is focusing on industrial development, including data centers.
