DLF to build shopping mall in Gurugram, to invest Rs 2,200 crore
Real estate sector major DLF has announced its plans to start construction of its new 26-27 lakh square feet shopping mall in Gurugram. The project would take an investment of around Rs 2,200 crore and is a part of its expansion plan.
The firm has a retail footprint of around 42 lakh square feet comprising nine properties, including malls and shopping centers, mainly across Delhi-NCR. Apart from this project, the firm is also constructing a premium mall in Goa of around 6 lakh square feet.
