Gera Developments to develop wellness centred housing project in Pune
Real estate builders & construction company Gera Developments has plans to develop a housing project in Pune. The project would feature wellness-centric homes and the project would feature 1,000 flats.
The plan is to invest Rs 1,100 crores, and the firm would develop 6 more such projects in the coming years. Spread over 8 acres, the project would be developed over two phases.
