Co-working space solutions provider WeWork India leases office space in Chennai. The firm has entered into a lease deed to add 141,392 square feet of workspace capacity, strengthening its presence in the city.
The firm is betting on the demand for flexible workspaces in Chennai, which has been supported by the city's growing technology ecosystem and the expansion of global capability centres.
