Government approves Rs 797 crores green hydrogen handling jetty project for Paradip Port
The Union Ministry of Ports, Shipping & Waterways (MoPSW) has given its nod to the development of a dedicated jetty with allied facilities for handling green hydrogen, ammonia, and other liquid cargo at Paradip Port.
This project is estimated to cost Rs 797.17 crores and will have a handling capacity of 4.0 million tonnes per annum. It will be developed on a build-operate-transfer (BOT) basis.
