JDA plans to offer vacant land parcels on short term lease
The Rajasthan state government is looking to improve the utilisation of public assets in Jaipur. As a part of this plan, it has directed the Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) to allow vacant land parcels and spaces under its control to be rented for limited periods.
As per the latest guidelines, land can be allotted for a maximum period of 90 days at a time, with the option of renewal if required. Both commercial and non-commercial uses of the land are permitted.
