County Group to develop luxury housing project in Noida
Real estate builder County Group has plans to develop a luxury housing project in Uttar Pradesh's Noida. Spread over 5 acres, the project will be located at Sector 151 along the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway and will consist of 226 apartments.
The firm will invest around Rs 1,200 crores in the project, with the price of the apartments expected to range between Rs 10 crores and Rs 18 crores.
