4,30,000 sq ft office space leased out by Oppo in Greater Noida to Bhagwati Products Ltd
Chinese consumer electronics manufacturer Oppo has leased around 4,30,400 square feet of space to electronics manufacturer Bhagwati Products Ltd. The space is leased for around 5 years, to be specific, 58 months.
The lease covers the first, second, and third floors of the property and has a starting monthly rent of Rs 1.04 crores. The agreement has a rent escalation clause of 5 percent after 24 months. Bhagwati Products, the electronics manufacturing services (EMS) arm of Indian smartphone and electronics firm Micromax, manufactures phones for Oppo.
