Arnya Real Estates raises around 1,030 crores for investment in residential real estate projects in Pune and Mumbai
Independent investment manager Arnya Real Estates Fund Advisors and its partner, Supreme Universal, have raised approximately Rs 1,030 crore from domestic and offshore investors. This investment will be utilized in the development of residential projects in Mumbai and Pune.
As per the firm, the broader focus of the fund is to look at redevelopment as a strategy in Mumbai.
