Godrej eyes Rs 10,000 crore revenue from housing project in Worli
Real estate major Godrej Properties is eyeing a revenue of more than Rs 10,000 crore from an upcoming housing project at Worli in Mumbai. Spread over 2.63 acres, the project would feature three residential towers, with the first phase launching two towers this quarter.
The project is named Godrej Triology, and the initial 2 towers comprise approximately 11 lakh square feet of saleable area.
