Godrej Properties places highest bid for plots in Gurugram
Real estate major Godrej Properties has emerged as the highest bidder for two luxury group housing plots in Gurugram. The firm placed a bid of Rs 515 crore in an e-auction conducted by the Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP). The 2 land parcels measuring approximately 3.6 acres, and 2 acres will have a combined revenue potential of over Rs 3,400 crore.
The parcels of land will offer a development potential of over 1 million square feet and they measure 5.15 acres and 2.76 acres respectively located at Golf Course Road.
