Indian Oil and Tesla Power tie up for sale of batteries
Government-owned Indian Oil has entered into a strategic alliance with Tesla Power. The alliance is for providing automotive batteries at fuel stations across the country. To start with, Tesla Power batteries will be available at select Indian Oil fuel stations in the national capital region.
Batteries would be made available at fuel stations in other states subsequently. Tesla Power USA offers both lead-acid and lithium batteries.
