Lohia group to enter real estate sector, to set project in Delhi and Lucknow
Handicraft export, automobile, and renewable energy major Lohia Group has plans to enter the real estate sector. The firm has planned projects at Moradabad, Lucknow and Delhi. As per the firm, the first project Lohia One will be plotted for development in 10 acres in Moradabad that would take an investment of Rs 150 crore.
Lohia Group has a land bank in multiple cities and plans to use it for real estate development.
