New residential complex to be set by DTC Projects
Real estate developer DTC Projects has planned a residential complex named DTC Capital City. Spread over 9.97 acres of land the project will have 10 blocks with G+13 floors plus terrace levels with 1,065 flats as well as a clubhouse of G+2 floors with parking for 766 automobiles. The project would be set in Matiagachaa, West Bengal's North 24 Parganas district, and is waiting for environmental and other clearances. As per information work on the complex was expected to commence in the early months of 2023.
