New residential complex to be set by Techno Freshworld
Real estate firm Techno Freshworld has plans to develop a high-rise residential complex. The project named Aakasa would be set in Worli, Mumbai, and would be spread over 0.50 acre of land parcel and comprises construction of two blocks, one sale block of 34 floors, and one rehabilitation block of 19 floors including a parking facility.
The project has received environment clearance and works on the project is expected to commence by December 2022.
