Oberoi Realty sign agreement for redevlopment project in Mumbai
Real estate developer Oberoi Realty has signed an agreement to redevelop land of approx. 13,450 sq. mtrs., situated in the Tardeo area of Mumbai. Oberoi Realty expects to generate a free sale component of around 2.5 lakh sq ft. (on carpet area) from the development and redevelopment of the said land, as per the extent provisions of the Development Control & Promotion Regulations for Greater Mumbai, 2023.
The land is in the prime area location adjoining a property already being redeveloped by the company in a joint venture model.
