4 lakh sq ft office space leased by Tech Mahindra in Hyderabad
Multinational IT firm Tech Mahindra has leased 4 lakh sq ft of office space in Hyderabad. The space is leased at Aparna IT Hub in Kondapur village and covers the entire 12th, 13th, 14th and 15th floors across Blocks A and B.
The space is leased for 10 years and has an initial monthly rent of Rs 3.06 crore, with a 15% rent escalation every three years.
