Permira plans to invest USD 100 million in India
British private equity firm has marked its entry into India and plans to invest around $100 million. The firm will make the investment in business services and real estate platform SILA, acquiring a 40% stake.
As per The Economic Times, the deal involves a partial exit by Norwest Venture Partners, which sold a 36% stake but will retain a minority holding.
