Residential-cum-Commercial Complex Planned By Shital Buildtech
Real estate developer, Shital Buildtech has planned a residential-cum-commercial complex named 'Green Homes' at Rahimpur, Parsa in Patna. This proposed project would be spread over 12.28 acres of land and comprises a total of 8 blocks with a total of 888 flats with commercial & convenient shopping blocks. Further, it would have a club house along with a parking facility for 1,052 vehicles.
Work on the project is expected to commence by October 2022 as it is awaiting environment clearance.
