RLDA gets bid worth Rs 1,368 crores for its land parcel in Mumbai
Railway Ministry's statutory firm, Railway Land Development Authority (RLDA), has received a bid worth Rs 1,368 crore for the redevelopment of its Supari Baug colony. Spread over 6 acres, the land parcel is in central Mumbai’s Parel.
Dineshchandra R Agrawal Infracon is the sole bidder for the land. The project would be redeveloped on a revenue share model through a long-term lease agreement for 99 year lease.
