Serene Communities to develop senior living residential project in Hyderabad
Senior living residential project developer Serene Communities by Columbia Pacific has joined hands with Prathima Group. The firm plans to launch its project Serene BILVANI One in Shankarpally, worth Rs 400 crore.
The project would offer 265 RERA-approved residences with senior-friendly features, health centers, and integrated wellness technology. This project marks Serene's entry into the Hyderabad market.
