YEIDA plans to develop heritage city in Mathura
The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (Yeida) has plans to develop a Heritage City project at Raya in Mathura district. As per updates, the plan is to develop the project on a hybrid model.
Spread over 11,653 hectares, the project—planned as the Raya Urban Center—will feature cultural, religious, and tourism components inspired by the Braj region. As of now the project is pending approval from the board.
