L&T's hydrocarbon business bags big order
Multinational firm L&T's hydrocarbon division has won an ultra-mega order for setting up a Natural Gas Liquids plant and allied facilities in the Middle East. According to the firm's classification, the ultra-mega order has a value exceeding Rs 15,000 crore.
According to the firm, the order is being bagged in association with the Greece-headquartered Consolidated Contractors Group S.A.L. (Offshore) (CCC). As a leading partner, L&T will be responsible for engineering and procurement, while CCC will handle the construction activities.
The scope of work involves engineering, procurement, construction, installation, and commissioning of a Natural Gas Liquids plant and allied facilities for processing Rich Associated Gas (RAG), along with all associated utilities and off-site integration with existing facilities under the project.
