Shriram Properties signs join development agreement for project in Bengaluru
Real estate developer Shriram Properties has signed a joint development agreement (JDA) for 7 acres of land. The land is a part of a larger deal of ~15-acre prime land parcel in North Bengaluru, where the firm will develop a premium row houses project with an estimated GDV potential of Rs 600 crores.
As per the firm, the new project underscores its commitment to its asset-light growth strategy, focusing on partnerships and efficient capital deployment in high-potential locations.
