Shriram Properties to develop housing project in Bengaluru in joint venture
Real estate developer Shriram Properties has plans to develop a housing project in Bengaluru in a joint venture with a landowner. The project would be developed on a land spread over 6.5 acres with a saleable area of approximately 0.6 million square feet.
The project would have an estimated gross development value of around Rs 500 crore.
